What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

Should I ship to my home or my work?
We recommend shipping your Hallmark Channel Wine packages to an address where an adult will be available to sign for the package, as all alcohol shipments require the signature of someone 21 years or older.
How do I change my shipping address?
Once an order has been shipped or sent to the carrier for shipping, the address cannot be changed. We can attempt to reroute your package to a different shipping address if that address is in the same state. There is a $20 carrier reroute fee to shi

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email and that will include the tracking number for your order.
What should I do if I know I will not be home at the time of delivery?
FedEx will attempt delivery for up to three consecutive business days. If delivery is unsuccessful, your package may be held for pickup at a local FedEx location for 3–5 days before being returned to us. You may also sign up for FedEx Delivery Manage
Why do you need my date of birth for orders containing alcohol?
All orders require a DOB of someone 21 years of age or older due to state and federal regulations, if a DOB isn’t provided your order will be cancelled and refunded within 3 business days.
What do I do if I miss my delivery?

Why can't I purchase one bottle?
Due to increasing shipping costs, we currently require a minimum purchase of two bottles per transaction. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, wine cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Someone 21 year of age or older must sign for the package as it contains alcohol.
