FedEx will attempt delivery for up to three consecutive business days. If delivery is unsuccessful, your package may be held for pickup at a local FedEx location for 3–5 days before being returned to us.

You may also sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to request that your package be held at a convenient local pickup location.

To help ensure successful delivery, we recommend shipping to an address where someone age 21 or older will be available to receive and sign for the order.
