How can I cancel and/or refund my order?Updated a year ago

Once an order has been shipped or sent to the carrier for shipping, it cannot be canceled.  We can attempt to reroute your package to a different shipping address if that address is in the same state. There is a $20 carrier reroute fee to ship to an alternative address. 

If your order has not been processed, please contact customer service with your email address and order number.
