When can I expect to be billed for my wine club shipments?

You will be billed automatically when each wine club shipment is processed depending on your selected cadence (30-day, 60-day or 90-days). Your credit card will be charged 5-7 business days prior to your order being shipped.

What is the per shipment cost?

What states can you ship shipments to?

How often will I receive wine club shipments?

Depending on the frequency you select from your membership start date, shipments will arrive every 1, 2 or 3 months. There are no forms to fill out, phone calls to make, or emails to send. The wine comes to you automatically unless you wish to cancel

How long does my membership last?

For as long as you want to continue with your membership! There is no minimum or maximum commitment requirement to the Hallmark Channel Wine Club.

How will I know when I will be charged?

Can I change my shipping address?

To change the shipping address log into “My Account”, “Address Book” or contact Rosie, Wine Club Manager at [email protected]. If the order has already been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged a Rerouting Fee of $20

In instances of extreme weather, shipments may be delayed. This is to protect your order.

Is Express shipping an option for my wine club order?

Express shipping is not an option for wine club shipments.  All wine club shipments are shipped Fed Ex Ground.  Please note that your shipment will be shipped from our California warehouse so depending on your destination it may take 3-7 business day

What if I end up with a corked or damaged bottle?

In the unlikely event that a bottle arrives damaged or corked (we inspect the wines incredibly closely before shipment), notify us as soon as possible with your name and order number so we can rectify the problem for you.

Can I hold a club shipment?

Yes.  To place your membership on hold you can visit “My Account” then go to “Club Membership”, scroll down just below your “Ship To” address and you will see “Put your club on hold”. You will then be able to enter a start date and end date. You can

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
