I need help reactivating my wine club accountUpdated 5 months ago

Action Steps:

As a security precaution, we are asking you to create a new password for your account.


1. To do so, visit the Hallmark Channel Wines website, Hallmark Channel Wines click on “My Account” on the upper right corner of your screen.

2. Once at the Customer Login page then click on “Reactivate.”

3. This will begin the process to help you create a new password and reactivate your account.

 

4. Complete the form with your information (first name, last name, date of birth, email and password then click “Sign Up”

(Note: you can enter your old password or create a new password)

 

5. Next you will receive a separate email with a link to “Activate Your Account”.

If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

 

6. You must click on “Activate Your Account” through the email prompt.

7. Next click on “Manage Subscriptions” under the Account Details page.

 8. You will then be prompted to “Login to Manage Subscriptions” using your email address, click “Submit.”

 9. Lastly, please check your email for your unique validation code and click on “Manage Subscription” OR enter your unique code on the “Account Login Page” and you will be able to view your wine club subscription, change your shipping address or select the wines you most love for your next wine club shipment.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you use your email address we have on file when creating a new password.  If you do not, this will create a new record in our system.
