How do I cancel my wine club membership?Updated 4 months ago
We hate to see you go. You are also able to pause your membership or skip a shipment at any time or change the number of bottles you wish to receive per shipment. If you are certain you want to cancel, you may cancel your membership at any time before your quarterly billing by logging into “My Account” then going to “Club Membership". Scroll down just below your “Ship To” address and you will see "Cancel Club".
Note: If you cancel your membership, this will not cancel your order if your order has already been processed and being prepared for shipping.
You are able to join again at any time throughout the year if you change your mind! Please note that you are able to customize you wine club order to your liking in the future if you wish to join again.
